    There’s no catch. We earn by negotiating backend savings with contractors and suppliers—but unlike the traditional model, we split those savings with you.     No—we don’t take on any home renovation project. And that’s intentional. Zuoli was founded by a veteran architect, interior designer, and project manager with over 30 years of experience. After decades inside a system where too much of the client’s budget ended up in the wrong pockets, he knew something had to change. A dream home is far more achievable when your money actually goes into building it—not into unnecessary markups and hidden margins. That’s why Zuoli exists: not to follow convention, but to challenge it. We’re here to raise the standard of home renovation—through honest advice, tight oversight, and a belief that good design and good value should never be a tradeoff. Creating a truly beautiful, lasting home on budget takes more time, more planning, and more responsibility on our end. And truthfully, we earn less than we would under the typical “design & build” model, where speed and profit often come before quality. But that’s a trade we’re proud to make—for the right kind of client. We’re selective because we care. We only take on projects where the homeowner genuinely values great design, quality craftsmanship, and long-term satisfaction over just ticking a box or cutting costs.   • Can I still use Zuoli if I already have a designer or contractor?
    At this stage, no. Zuoli’s system is built to work independently, with no conflicts of interest. When clients bring in their own designer or contractor, it limits our ability to manage cost, quality, and accountability. It also disrupts the streamlined process we’ve built to ensure fairness and transparency. To deliver the full value of our model, we work only with professionals who adapt to our system—so we can enforce standards and protect your interests without compromise.
